DMCA Policy

Overview

WatchDrama respects the intellectual property rights of others. WatchDrama is a discovery site: it lists short dramas and plays them from third-party platforms. It does not accept uploads from visitors. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we respond to claims of copyright infringement.

Report a title (the fastest way)

If you own or represent the rights to a drama shown on WatchDrama, email us the address of the page (it looks like watchdrama.app/watch/…) and the name of the work. Every show page also has a "Report this title" link that opens a pre-filled email.

We remove reported titles promptly, normally within one business day, and we remove the same title everywhere on the site, whichever source it comes from.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

To make a formal DMCA notice, please include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL where it appears on our site
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Please note that WatchDrama shows content supplied by third-party providers. For the fastest resolution, we recommend also contacting the original content platform directly.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the address above with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your contact information and a statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction

Repeat reports

WatchDrama has no user accounts or uploads. A title that has been reported is removed and stays removed. If a source repeatedly supplies titles that are reported, we will review whether to keep using that source.
