About Playing Games with My Newfound Family
Cordelia was adopted as a child by the Shen family, an Oil Empire in a foreign country. Now an adult, she is tracked down by her birth family. Returning home with a billion in hand as a gift, she finds herself in a circus of absurdity—a bald and narcissistic so-called sister, an insufferably arrogant brother, and clueless parents. Taking pity on them, Cordelia decides to play along and have some "fun" before walking away for good. But soon enough, her birth father and brother come crawling back in tears, begging for her forgiveness—even donning maid costumes, desperate for a single smile from her.
