About I Wasn't the One the Don Broke His Rules For

He told her the rules were sacred. Then he let her father die to dry another woman's tears. Five years Elena gave Marco Vitelli — the most feared Don in the city, a man who could erase any problem with a single phone call. When her father lay dying, she begged on her knees for that one call. He refused. "The family doesn't move for outsiders," he said. "That's where my line is." Forty-eight hours later, her father was gone.
